Enable unknown sources
Settings → My Fire TV
From the Fire TV home screen go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Install unknown apps (older devices call this Apps from Unknown Sources). On newer sticks you may first need to open About and click the device name seven times to reveal Developer Options.
Install the Downloader app
Free, from the Amazon store
Search Downloader on the Fire TV home screen, install the official app by AFTVnews, open it and allow the permission prompt.
Enter the TereaTV code
Code 346867
In Downloader, tap the hash (#) icon in the top right to open the number pad, enter 346867 and press Go. The player download starts automatically.
Install and open
Then delete the APK
When the download finishes, click Install, then Done, then Delete twice to free up space on the stick.
Sign in
Xtream Codes or M3U
Open the player and enter the portal URL, username and password from your TereaTV activation email. The channel list loads within a few seconds.

Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong after installing TereaTV.
The player says invalid credentials
Almost always a typo. TereaTV passwords are case-sensitive and the portal URL must include the port number exactly as written in your email. Copy and paste on a phone first if the TV keyboard is fighting you.
Channels buffer but VOD plays fine
That pattern points at your network, not the TereaTV server. Switch to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or ethernet and retest. Live streams are far less forgiving of packet loss than on-demand playback.
Downloader says the code is invalid
Clear the Downloader app cache and retry code 346867. Also make sure you are using the official Downloader app by AFTVnews rather than a clone.
One specific channel is dead
Report the exact channel name to the TereaTV team through live chat. Sources rotate and single-channel issues are usually fixed the same day.
